CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield County woman has been found guilty in the death of her estranged husband during a custody argument in 2024.
We previously reported that 37-year-old Danielle Parks, and 48-year old Bryan Michaelis were jailed after Parks reportedly shot and killed her husband during a custody arrangement.
Although she claimed that she felt threatened and it was in self defense, she was still found guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit criminal homicide, tampering with evidence, and recklessly endangering another person.
Michaelis is still awaiting his trial.
