JEFFERSON COUNTY – Jefferson County’s Deputy Treasurer has announced her bid for Treasurer.
Renee Stiver, a Brookville native, worked as a 9-1-1 dispatcher, trainer, and shift supervisor for over 16 years before taking up the mantle of Deputy Treasurer for the past nine years.
She touts her current position as she has learned the ins and outs of issuing Dog, Hunting, Fishing, BINGO and Small Games of Chance licenses, on top of being a notary for the county.
