Sykesville Woman Accused of Attacking Man With a Knife

SYKESVILLE – A Sykesville woman is facing charges after allegedly attacking a man with a knife earlier in the week.

On February 18th, State Police were dispatched to a Grant Street address for reports of domestic dispute. 

Once on scene police learned that an argument broke out between the victim and 32 year-old Rosalind Gursky that escalated when she allegedly grabbed a knife and attacked them. Police noted several cuts on the victim’s arm and shoulder.

Gursky is now in the Jefferson County Jail facing felony charges related to the incident.
