DUBOIS – The Federal case against the City of DuBois’ former City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former city employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer has been pushed again.
With the case initially scheduled for the fall of 2024, it has been postponed monthly. Now the court date is set for March 24th.
It is alleged that between May of 2008 and March of 2022 Suplizio and Shaffer had opened bank accounts unknown to any city worker, then funneled money from city resources.
