BROOKVILLE – A Virginia man is behind bars after he allegedly tried to meet a teenage decoy for sex.
According to police in November 39 year-old Tommy Burns was in contact with the group 814 Pred Hunters disguised as a teenage girl.
On Wednesday February 4th Burns went to Brookville to meet with who he thought was an underaged teenager, but was confronted by police instead.
He was then taken into custody where he allegedly admitted that he was talking to the minor for a relationship. He is now at the Jefferson County Jail facing multiple felonies like sexual assault, corruption of minors, and aggravated assault.
