RIDGWAY – A Ridgway man is facing charges after he allegedly led police on a chase while he was in an ATV in November.
On November 2nd police were called to a Sheetz on Broad Street for reports of a man who was intoxicated at the establishment. Once on scene officers saw the man, later identified as 30 year-old Brandon Henline driving down Erie Street in an ATV.
When police attempted to pull the man over, he allegedly drove away in an attempt to flee from officers. After a small chase police say he allegedly fled into the woods, escaping police.
The next day Henline allegedly turned himself in.
Now, he is facing fleeing charges, he has a preliminary hearing set for February 26th.
