Man Charged in 2024 Fatal Crash

LUTHERSBURG – A Luthersburg man is behind bars after being charged for a fatal 2024 crash.

On May 17th, then 28 year-old, Chicgo Callender, was allegedly under the influence of methamphetamines while driving at speeds over 80 miles an hour on the Rocky Mountain Highway.

He then allegedly hit a deer, causing a second vehicle to crash into his passenger side, killing 56 year-old Llewelyn Brown.

He is now at the Clearfield County Jail facing multiple charges including homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence.
