UNDATED – Both Clearfield and Jefferson Counties will be seeing a real estate tax increase for 2025.
In Clearfield County, the 2025 budget will see homeowners with properties worth over $100,000 dollars pay an additional $50 dollars in taxes, equating to a one-mill real estate increase.
Jefferson County will see a similar increase in their budget, with a one-mil real estate increase. However with this income accounting for one third of the county’s revenue, taxes will increase by $100 dollars for every $100,000 dollars in assessed property value.
