Clarion Man Accused of Threatening Mental Hospital

CLARION – A Clarion man is behind bars after allegedly threatening a mental health facility last week.

According to police 22 year-old Robert Bowser had allegedly messaged an individual at a Clarion Mental Hospital with threatening tones.

He allegedly made threats, and claimed he would set fire to the entire establishment.

After police were notified, the facility decided to add additional security measures. 

Bowser is now in the Clarion County Jail facing felony terroristic threats charges.
