REYNOLDSVILLE – A New Jersey man is facing charges related to an alleged attempted sexual contact between him and an underage girl in Reynoldsville.
According to Reynoldsville Police the group 814 Pred Hunters, an organization dedicated to catching predators, brought a case before officers on September 10th.
They alleged that 37 year-old New Jersey resident, Phillip Ommundsen, was interacting with a juvenile decoy on the dating app Moco. They say the conversation gradually moved to text messages.
Ommundsen allegedly sent explicit photos of himself to the known 15 year-old. He also allegedly asked for multiple explicit pictures from the decoy. In addition, he claimed to have done this two other times.
He is now facing several charges related to the incident.
