CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man accused of assaulting a one year-old child last summer will face up to three years behind bars.
On August 30th 2023, then 30 year-old Franklin Minicucci and 27 year-old Abigail Bumbarger brought a small child to the hospital for an apparent head injury. Neither had an answer for the injuries.
This month, Minicucci pleaded guilty to felony endangering the welfare of a child where he received a 15 month to three year sentence in state prison.
Bumbarger also faces several charges, her case is still pending.
