CLEARFIELD COUNTY – A Clearfield County man is facing homicide charges after an ATV crash that killed a pedestrian Sunday evening.
Police say that on Sunday evening, 22 year-old Nathaniel Beers was allegedly driving a side-by-side while under the influence when he struck and killed a pedestrian in Windurne.
According to court documents the Smithmill resident is facing several charges related to the homicide.
He is currently being held in the Clearfield County Jail on a $75,000 dollar bail.
