KERSEY – A DuBois woman is recovering from the injuries she suffered in a two-vehicle crash in Elk County.
According to State Police, 48-year-old Jolene Neubert was a passenger in a car that was struck at a Kersey intersection last weekend.
Police say Neubert was taken to Penn Highlands Elk in St. Marys for medical attention.
