DUBOIS – A DuBois man is facing multiple assault charges after allegedly attacking a man with a knife.
According to DuBois City Police, 31-year-old Henry Fuller is accused of threatening the victim at a West Long Avenue apartment Monday night. The victim was reportedly checking on the welfare of a woman when he heard Fuller yelling and arguing from the street. A witness at the scene said Fuller chased the man and tried to attack him with a knife. Fuller told police that the victim actually had the knife.
Charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct, Fuller is now being held in the Clearfield County Jail with his bail set at $100,000.
