PA Turnpike E-Z Pass Customers Warned of Scam

MIDDLETOWN – Be aware of a phishing scam which is targeting Pennsylvania Turnpike E-Z Pass account holders.

If you receive a text asking you to provide personal financial information in order to settle outstanding toll amounts, it is most likely a scam.

According to officials at the PA Turnpike, you should never click on an unsolicited text, email, or message link.

If you receive a fraudulent text, file a complaint with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center.
