MORRISDALE – Conspiracy and criminal homicide charges have been filed against a Clearfield County couple following last Saturday night’s fatal shooting in Morris Township.
State Police say 48-year old Bryan Michaelis and 37-year-old Danielle Parks of Morrisdale have been arrested and jailed, and they are both accused in the shooting death of a 33-year-old Drifting man, Kodey Parks.
Parks was reportedly killed by multiple gunshot wounds to his body at a residence where he had arranged a custody exchange.
Michaelis and Danielle Parks have a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday. They are being held without bail at the Clearfield County Jail.
