UPDATED – After gas prices went lower for several consecutive weeks, the average price at Pennsylvania gas pumps increased a little last week.
According to the most recent GasBuddy survey, the average per gallon price of gas went up 1.4 cents, and it is now $3.33 across the state.
Despite the increase, gas prices are 8.2 cents per gallon lower than they were one month ago, and they stand more than 36 cents lower per gallon than one year ago.
More than 5,000 stations across Pennsylvania are surveyed by GasBuddy each week to calculate the average price.
