RIDGWAY – Elk County will receive more than $300,000 in state grants to for improvements to a playground and a swimming pool.
Pennsylvania’s Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program has approved a $250,000 grant to the City of St. Marys for the complete replacement of equipment at Leather’s Playground.
Also, Ridgway Borough’s Lyle G. Hall Community Pool was awarded $85,000 to add a splash pad. Ridgway’s pool is located at the John J. Collins Memorial Park.
