CHEST TOWNSHIP – A bridge in Clearfield County that was closed for repairs in December has been reopened to traffic.
According to PennDOT, the bridge spanning Chest Creek on Five Point Road in Chest Township was reopened Thursday afternoon.
For the past month, maintenance crews have performed repair work to the bridge’s steel beams, improving its overall condition rating from poor to good.
