JOHNSTOWN – Two Clearfield County men have been indicted by a federal grand jury on drug trafficking charges.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 65-year-old Brian Weakland of Coalport and 37-year-old Lesley Wilt of Glen Richey were part of a group of 13 individuals named in last week’s indictment.
Both Weakland and Wilt have been accused of being involved in the possession and distribution of methamphetamine, cocaine, and heroin during 2021 and 2022.
Under federal law, Weakland and Wilt could serve prison sentences between 10 years and life, and be fined up to $10-million, if they are found guilty of the alleged crimes.
