DUBOIS – Today is the fifth and final day of the Make-A-Wish “Light Up a Child’s Life” campaign on Sunny 106, sponsored by Miller Home Furniture and Mattress. After Thursday’s donations, the campaign total has reached $85,530.
This year’s effort is the 30th annual Make-A-Wish campaign on Sunny 106. Through fundraising and donations, Make-A-Wish is able to grant life-changing wishes for children who have critical illnesses. When you donate, you help the local Make-A-Wish chapter add to a total of over 21,000 wishes that have been granted to children age 2 ½ -to-18. Over the years, more than $2-million has been donated to Make-A-Wish from our Tri-County region.
