DUBOIS — District Justice Dave Meholick recused himself from further hearings involving suspended DuBois City Manager Herm Suplizio last Friday.
The Attorney General’s office has said that more charges are to be filed against Suplizio after Labor Day. A senior magistrate from outside of the area will likely be assigned to the case.
Suplizio has been charged with making over $600,000 in fraudulent charges while city manager.
