DuBois, PA – Our DuBois Make-A-Wish Light Up a Child’s Life campaign has officially raised more than $2 million over the past 28 years of fundraising!

That’s an incredible amount, but there are still many wishes that need granted. Your donation is important! Now more than ever, some wishes had to be put on hold because of travel restrictions. Now that special trips and vacations are being scheduled again, your funding is absolutely vital.

Students are always a large part in our fundraising. Over the past 28 years, students in the DuBois and surrounding school districts have donated enough money to grant 70 wishes! Those are 70 kids who got their one true wish.

Lacy Bair, regional director for Make-A-Wish Greater PA and WV, gives an update about crossing the $2 million milestone for our 28 years of Make-A-Wish fundraising in the DuBois area.
