LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP – One man is behind bars after allegedly assaulting another while under the influence.
On Sunday police responded to reports of an assault on the Clearfield Shawville Highway. Police learned that Cody Shaw was allegedly under the influence before assaulting another.
He was then taken to the Clearfield County Jail where he faces simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and driving while DUI suspended.
