Brockway Honors Hometown Heroes.
BROCKWAY - Two Brockway hometown heroes have been honored for a lifetime of service.
Barbra Baxter, a lifelong Brockway resident, was named Woman of the Year. She spent decades volunteering with churches, Meals-on-Wheels, the Salvation Army, and Highland View Health Care.
