Houtzdale man faces charges for drug delivery resulting in death
HOUTZDALE – A 36-year-old Clearfield County man is in jail on charges of supplying the Fentanyl which killed a Woodward Township man in July.
State Police say Shawn Soupart of Houtzdale will have a preliminary hearing on December 21st.
