Clearfield Police: dog killed by neglect, mental health evals, garage fire, assault
Clearfield, PA - Clearfield Borough Police were kept busy recently with a couple of mental health evaluations, smoke coming from a garage, a daughter who was allegedly assaulting a man and destroying his home, and unfortunately a dog that was killed by neglect.
