Local student receives $6000 scholarship at the Pennsylvania Farm Show
HARRISBURG – Thirteen students received scholarships at the Pennsylvania Farm Show last week, and one of them is from Jefferson County.
Tayler Rafferty of Brookville was recognized for her leadership and achievements with horse and livestock clubs through Jefferson County 4-H.
