Scammer reportedly steals $10,000 from Elk County woman

RIDGWAY – An Elk County woman has reportedly been scammed out of $10,000.State Police say that the 59-year-old victim from Ridgway transferred the money electronically to an unidentified suspect who immediately stole the funds.The investigation continues.
