Wandamarie Bish (née Davis)
1941-2025

Wandamarie Bish (née Davis), 84, Blue Bell, PA, died Saturday, November 22, 2025, at MedStar Health Hospital, Clinton, MD after a brief illness.

She was born February 22, 1941, in Punxsutawney, PA, the daughter of the late William R. Davis, Sr. and Althea E. (Dean) Davis.

October 28, 1961, she married Robert Eugene Bish who predeceased her in 2009.

She was a 1959 graduate of Punxsutawney High School and of Dubois Business College.  She was a homemaker and did bookkeeping for a local tire company in Indiana, PA until the Bish’s relocated to Blue Bell, PA. Wandamarie loved animals, especially cocker spaniels, and had many (often rescue dogs) throughout the years.  She was an accomplished seamstress and also enjoyed watching golf and the Philadelphia Eagles with her husband, and at one point was an avid NASCAR fan.

She is survived by her three brothers, William R. Davis, Jr. (Crofton, MD), Robert L. Davis (Pearland, TX), Kim D. Davis (Upper Marlboro, MD), many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

A viewing will be held at Deeley Funeral Home in Punxsutawney, PA, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, with interment to follow at Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery in Frostburg, PA.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her honor to PKD Foundation or Cockers Across PA Cocker Spaniel Rescue, Etters, PA.
