Vivian C. “Sis” Bloom, age 77 of Luthersburg, PA died Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Born on September 17, 1948 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Allison and Lucille (Frantz) Horn, Sr.
On March 21, 1970 she married her husband of 56 years, Keith D. Bloom. He survives.
Sis was a homemaker. She was a member of Luthersburg United Methodist Church and the Sykesville American Legion Auxiliary. She loved her soap operas and playing games on her computer. Above all, her family was most important , and she enjoyed spending time with them.
Along with her husband, she is survived by one sister (Emma Terwilliger of Brockway, PA), and one brother (Allison “Sonny” Horn, Jr. of Rockton, PA), numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother (Robert Horn).
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026 from 5 – 7 PM at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 11 AM from the funeral home with Pastor Terry Felt officiating.
Burial will be in Luthersburg Union Cemetery.
