Tom Sedlock
1949-2026

Tom Sedlock, 76, of Brockway, PA was called home to heaven on Friday, April 24th,2026.  Tom was born on October 16, 1949, in DuBois, PA to Andy and Millie (Hrdlicka) Sedlock.   

Tom grew up on the Sedlock family farm located on Granville Road and lived there nearly his entire life.  Tom graduated from Brockway Area High School and studied Business and Agriculture at Penn State.  He was a skilled bricklayer and homebuilder.  He built several homes in the Brockway area.  Above all he was a dairy and beef farmer.  He continued to raise beef cows and crops until his passing.  Tom also served as a Snyder Township Supervisor.  He was a lifelong member of St. Tobias Church in Brockway. 

Later in life, he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.  However, he took it in stride, never complaining about the disease or how it impaired him.  His stubborn nature did not allow him to get down and he persevered through life’s challenges. 

Tom was preceded in death by his parents Andy and Millie. His youngest sister, Mary Lou King (Sedlock) also passed before him. 

Tom leaves behind one sister and two brothers.  Christine Repiscak (Sam), Leonard Sedlock, Andy Sedlock (Patty) all of Brockway.  In addition, he has the following nieces and nephews who survive: Jill Repiscak (Wayne Kline), Kelly Repiscak-Guido (John), Emily Bish (Steve), Alyse McIntosh (John), Stephen Sedlock, Greg Simpson (Teresa), and Kevin Simpson.  He also leaves behind 5 great nieces and 4 great nephews. 

Visitation will be on Monday, April 27 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 28 at 11:00 AM at St. Tobias Church also in Brockway with Msgr. Charles Kaza presiding. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery.
