1966-2025
Timothy L. Folmar, age 59 died Saturday, November 8, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family and friends.
Born on February 26, 1966 in Clearfield, PA, he was the son of the late Leroy Folmar and Cheryl (Price) Folmar. His mother survives.
Tim was a graduate of Penn State DuBois with a degree in Wildlife Technology.
He began his career working for the Department of Interior, and then went on to work as an Agricultural Inspector for the State of Maryland.
Tim was a member of the Brady Township Fire, Rescue and Ambulance, and a member of the Penn State DuBois Honor Society Delta Mu Sigma Honor Society. He was a leader of 4H Bass Busters Fishing Club, and a Tai Chi Instructor.
Tim enjoyed hunting and was an avid fisherman and reader. His greatest pride was his loving relationship with his nieces and nephew.
Along with his mother, he is survived by two brothers (Scott Folmar and his wife Crystal of Luthersburg, PA, and Brian Folmar and his wife Sharon of DuBois, PA), two nieces (Dr. Chelsea Thomison and Cassandra Folmar), and one nephew (Wessley Folmar).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 3 – 6 pm from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 10 am from the funeral home with Father John Malthaner officiating.
Burial will take place in St. Severin Cemetery in Drifting, PA.
