1928-2025
He was born on October 16, 1928, to the late John Ernest Reynolds and Lille (Heemer) Reynolds.
On April 2, 1954, he married Katherine P. Whitesell in Cumberland, MD, who preceded him in death on December 15, 2004. He was a devoted husband for over 50 years, and a proud father of his 3 children. He was a loving grandfather and great grandfather.
Tom was born in Reynoldsville and lived in the same home all his life. He retired from Keystone Carbon in 1990 with over 20 years of service. He operated a dairy farm for over 60 years and could be found in the fields later in life making hay that he sold to neighbors. Tom also enjoyed going to farm equipment auctions and was always up for a game of UNO with the family.
Tom is survived by his children, Jan (Reed) Rusniak Carlisle, PA and Tom (Kelly) Reynolds Jr. Bluffton, SC; two granddaughters Hannah Suchy & Haley Reynolds; three grandsons Andrew, Adam & Alan Rusniak; and seven great-grandchildren Ameilia, Sadie, Mila, Layla, Ruby, Reed & Rowan.
In addition to his parents and wife, Tom was preceded in passing by daughter, Lois (Reynolds) Mahlon, two sisters, Jane Leiberton & Virginia Wolfgang and one brother, Paul (Ted) Reynolds.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday December 20, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Snyder – d'Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. A funeral service will take place immediately following the viewing, beginning at 1 p.m. Interment will take place at Lakelawn Memorial Park, Winslow Twp., Jefferson Co., PA.
