Tammy Lee McAllister age 60 a Pine Acres Road Brockway, PA resident, died on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at her home surrounded by her family.
Born on February 25, 1966 she was the daughter of Roy “Butch” Lewis who survives and Victoria A. Herzing Lewis who preceded her in death. On August 29, 1992 she was married to Michael McAllister who survives.
Tammy was a graduate of the DuBois Business College and began her career working in the heavy truck sales division at Murray Ford in DuBois. As her career progressed, she moved up to the position of Controller at what was then Murray Ford/Lincoln. When Murray sold to the Spitzer Auto Group, she took over as General Manager and also worked in the Finance Office at the new Spitzer Ford/Lincoln. To date, she devoted over 36 years combined to the Murray/Spitzer Auto group.
Tammy was a member at St. Tobias Church in Brockway. She enjoyed cross stitching with her group of gals and crafting. She also enjoyed going to camp at East Branch Lake and spending hot summer days out on the lake boating.
In addition to her husband, she is also survived by her father Roy “Butch” (MaryAnn) Lewis of Elbon, daughters Allison (David) Kiefer of Winchester, VA; Cassandra (Adam) Bankovich of Sewickley, PA; brothers Roy “Andy” (Maria) Lewis and Duane (Carrie) Lewis both of Brockway; and a granddaughter Emilia Kiefer. In addition to her mother, she is also preceded by a brother Scott Lewis.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, September 29 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM in the chapel at St. Tobias Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 PM with Fr. John Detisch presiding. Burial will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
