Skylar Grace Dazet age 6 months, 5 days died on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at Penn Highlands DuBois. Born on June 19, 2025 in DuBois, she was the daughter of Zachary and Jasmine Johnson Dazet. Skylar was the most-happy little baby girl, always waking up in her crib in a playful mood and entertaining herself until mom or dad scooped her up to start her day! She was also a curious little person that found everything around her interesting and something that needed to be explored. Perhaps her favorite activity in her short life was just rolling around on the floor and playing with her sister Piper. In addition to her parents and her sister she is also survived by grandparents John Dazet of Big Run, PA; Matthew (Karen) Nagele of Clearfield, PA; Corey Johnson of North Dakota; Kari Fields of Bradford, PA and great grandparents Pastor Dave and Ruth Nagele; Bud and Joyce Fields and Bill and Sheila Johnson all of Brockport, PA. Skylar is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and tons of cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Lori Dazet, great great-grandmother Patricia Pearson and an uncle Brent Fields. Friends will be received from 10 AM to 11 AM on Tuesday, December 30 at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor Dave Nagele officiating.
