Ronald Edward Marshall, Jr., 70, of Mahaffey, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026 at his home.
He was born February 14, 1955 to the late Ronald E. Marshall, Sr. and Louise A. (Thorp) Marshall in Hampton, VA.
Ron was a member of the local pool team and played in many tournaments. He loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and riding his four wheeler. Ron could be found sitting on his front porch watching the birds and feeding the stray cats with his beloved Ginger by his side. At times he would jump in his truck and set out on an open road adventure or a magical vacation with loved ones.
He is survived by four children; Michael R. Marshall (Tara), Tiffany L. Lachall (Peter), Dana S. Marshall (Richard), and R.J. Marshall (Ashley), five grandchildren; Bryant Rowe (Katie), Ariana, Alana, Ashly, and Brennan Marshall, two sisters; Eilene L. Nowak (Ted), and Sharron Baker, special friends, Amy and Ron Spaid and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia (Spaid) Marshall, in 2018, three brothers-in-law; Greg Baker, Howard James Spaid and Bob Smith.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Tom Brink officiating, at the Waldron Funeral Home, 831 Market Street, Mahaffey, PA 15757.
