Michele A. (Shelly) Dennison, age 68, of DuBois passed away peacefully at home with her daughter, son-in-law and her dog Sunny by her side on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
Born on October 4, 1957, in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late Boyd Adams and Alice (Ishman) Adams.
Shelly graduated from DuBois Area High School class of “1975”. She was still working in the Real-Estate business till the time of her death.
On December 28, 1982, she married her best friend Tom Dennison, in Las Vagas, NV. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Shelly is survived by her daughter Lindsey (Bob) Pannone, two grandchildren; Makayla Ann Pannone and Max Thomas Pannone, her sister Roxanne (Steve) Kuhta of Franklin, numerous nieces and nephews, her “sister” Amy (Riley) Donahue, her “sister” Dee Johnson and her beloved dog Sunny.
Shelly enjoyed so much in life but the one thing she talked about the most was her daughter, son-in-law and her two GRANDCHILDREN they meant the world to her. She was often found at GW Boutique (Goodwill), talking on the phone, watching Hallmark movies and spending time on her back porch with her dog Sunny. She also enjoyed going to the BEACH, playing Trouble with her granddaughter Makayla, picking up her grandson Max from school and taking him for ice cream. Some of her hobbies were bowling with her friends in a league, camping with her family, cooking, CHRISTMAS, going shopping with her daughter and best friend and getting into mischief with her son-in-law.
Friends and family will be received at the Adamson Funeral Chapel & Crematorium on Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 2 – 6 PM and again at the funeral home on Monday, May 4, 2026 from 10 AM until time of service at 12 PM with the Minister Brad Dayton.
Interment will take place in Center Hill Cemetery.
