Mechelle Kerstetter, age 51 of DuBois, PA died Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Born on August 7, 1974 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of Gary and Laurie (Wheeler) McCracken. Her parents survive and live in Luthersburg, PA.
Mechelle had worked as a waitress at Valley Dairy and previous to that, had worked at the Gateway Café.
Along with her parents, she is survived by two sons (Garrett Kerstetter of DuBois, PA and Gage Kinder of Sykesville, PA), and one brother (Michael McCracken and his wife Brandy of Luthersburg, PA).
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026 from 2 – 4 at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.
A private service will be held.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
