Mary L. “Bunny” Engle, age 67 of Reynoldsville, PA died Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at her home.
Born on October 25, 1958 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Antonio “Tony” Perry, and Bernice Geer.
On May 27, 1997 she married her husband of 28 years, Daniel P. Engle, Sr. He survives.
Bunny worked in the banking business for 23 years. She began her career at the Union Banking & Trust Company in Reynoldsville, and continued with S&T Bank. After banking, she worked at DuBois Central Catholic, and was known as “Miss Bunny” to many children.
Bunny enjoyed gardening, baking, and studied Herbal Medicine. She especially loved sitting anywhere and everywhere with her beagle Lulu.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her children (Cheryl Ann Tapper and her husband Billy, and Vicki Jo Ratliff and her husband Ernie, both of Reynoldsville, PA), six grandchildren (Brittany, Miranda, Taylor, Karlee, Kristen and Braxton), two sisters (Antoinette “Dolly” McCluskey and her fiancé Dale of Brookville, PA , and Susan Canton and her husband Daniel of Troutville, PA), and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son (Daniel P. Engle, Jr.), and one brother (John Perry).
There will be no public visitation and a funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
