Kristy L. Anthony
1957-2026

Kristy L. Anthony, 68, of Rochester Mills, died Monday, April 13, 2026, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital.

She was born April 30, 1957, in Punxsutawney, a daughter of the late Norma G. (Charlton) and Harold W. “Jock” Altman.

Kristy worked as a mental health worker for ten years prior to her career as a Crop Insurance Adjuster from 1999 to 2025.  She was a member of the RLDS, served on the board and volunteered for Tri Centers Inc., and served with MHMR of Indiana and Armstrong Counties.

She enjoyed her family, cooking, crocheting, star gazing, and taking small road trips.  Kristy volunteered as a long-time coach for Little League Baseball and was a foster parent for many years.  Her and her sister Karen made many trips to Twinsburg Ohio for the annual Twins Day events.

She is survived by two sons, David Anthony and wife Gena and Daniel Anthony and girlfriend Rosanne Lahman, all of Rochester Mills; seven grandchildren, Brad, Danielle, Jada, Will, Aiden, Blake, and Chloe; her twin sister Karen Anthony of Rochester Mills; niece Tonya Hsiung and husband Danny; and two nephews, Jason Anthony and wife Amanda and Scott Lunger and wife April.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love her life Thomas R. Hoeh and a sister Kathy L. Lunger.

Friends will be received from 4 – 7 p.m., Thursday, April 16, 2025, at the Deeley Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.

A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation beginning at 7 p.m., with Pastor Jerry Shiflet officiating.

Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Rossiter.
