1964-2025
Jon M. Burns, 61, of Reynoldsville passed away at his home on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
Born in DuBois on April 22, 1964, he was the son of the late Raymond and Georgene (Bearfield) Burns.
He graduated from the DuBois Area High School, was Catholic by faith and was a carpenter by trade.
Jon was an avid Pittsburgh sport fan, he enjoyed the Pirates, Steelers and Penguins. He also enjoyed playing softball, was a bowler and pool player on many leagues in the DuBois area and loved to ski.
Jon is survived by his brother Robert “Rob” (Leigh Ann) Burns of DuBois and his sister Charlene (Daniel) Malmgren of Reynoldsville, several nieces and nephews and longtime companion Linda Kaufman.
He was preceded in passing by his parents and a brother Stephen Burns.
There will be no public services at this time.
