Joan R. Butranavage, age 92 of DuBois, PA , formerly of Old Bridge, NJ, died Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Born on October 11, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Vince “Rose” (Sedotte) Sparacino.
She married Paul Butranavage . He preceded her in death on May 18, 2023.
Joan retired from Revlon in Edison, NJ after many years of service.
She is survived by two daughters (Janet Pluchinsky of DuBois, PA and Diane Lezark of Keyport, NJ), two granddaughters (Kaitlyn Ball and Jenna Pluchinsky), and two great grandchildren (Brielle and Everly Ball).
Joan was preceded in death by one daughter (Laura Butranavage) on December 21, 2020.
There will be no public visitation and a service will be held at the convenience of the family.
The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
