Gregory Carnesali
1967-2026

Gregory Carnesali, age 58, a Main Street Brockway, PA resident, died on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Clarion Nursing and Rehabilitation. Born on September 27, 1967 in DuBois, PA; he was the son of the late Edward Carnesali and Norma Stoneberg Carnesali who survives and lives in Brockway. Greg was a 1985 graduate of the Brockway High School. In 1997 he took over ownership of his parent’s business, Carnesali’s Pizza & Bar, and continued to run it up to the present day. Music was always a big part of Gregs life. He enjoyed playing guitar and especially the drums, and was drummer in the local band Krabbz back in the day. He also enjoyed taking trips to concerts, and as his son Eddie got old enough, they made what seemed like hundreds of trips to cities like Pittsburgh to see the larger-than-life shows. Greg was very community minded as a local business owner and never turned down an opportunity to sponsor a local little league team, high school sporting event, or an even larger production such as Brockway’s Old Fashion 4th of July. Through the years his religious beliefs and personal relationship with God deepened, which in the end became a source of daily strength in his life. In addition to his mother Norma, he is survived by a son Edward (Cheyenne Mineweaser) “Eddie” Carnesali of Brookville; sisters Antionette (John) Eyth of Chicora, PA; Corina Valentine of Warren, PA; and a brother Frank Carnesali of DuBois. He is also survived by special cousins Jeremy Taylor and Kelly Stoneberg; and special friends Joe Gryzbek, Randy Rodger, Kelly Taylor and Shannon Songer. In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by a brother Edward Carnesali. All services for Greg will be private at the convenience of his family. Memorial donations may be made to the Clarion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center 999 Heidrick Street Clarion, PA 16214.
