Ernest “Ernie” P. Naugle, 79, Falls Creek, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Jefferson Manor. He was born November 02, 1946 in DuBois. Son of the late William Robert & Edith (Pope) Naugle. He was married to Karen (Aul) Naugle who survives in Falls Creek.
He was a graduate of DAHS and had worked at Brockway Glass for years. He enjoyed repairing small engines, fishing and hunting. He is also a veteran, having served in the US Army.
In addition to his wife, Ernest leaves behind a son Robert (Linda) Naugle of Jamesville, NY, four sisters Sara Jane Burns of DuBois, Louise (Robert) Ross of DuBois, Kathryn Thomas of Ohio and Shirley Mackin of Arkansas, two grandchildren Nathan Naugle and Ryan Johnson and three great-grandchildren.
Ernest was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Thomas and John “Jack” Naugle, and two sisters Mary Ellen Yost and Jean Nupp.
There will be no public visitation.
