Debra M. “Debbie” Kephart, age 66 of Bigler, PA died Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Born on June 10, 1959 in Clearfield, PA, she was the daughter of the late Blair and Cynthia (Phillips) Condon.
She was married to R. Keith Kephart for 48 years. He survives.
Debbie was a homemaker and had previously worked at Kent’s Sportswear. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished relative, and loyal friend whose presence left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She was known for her wisdom and her unwavering commitment to doing what was right in every situation, offering thoughtful guidance and steady reassurance to anyone who needed it. Compassionate and intelligent, Debbie had an extraordinary memory and a unique ability to make others feel truly seen and understood. Her warmth, strength, and unmistakable spirit made her unforgettable, and the memories she created—along with the wisdom she shared—will be treasured by those who loved her forever.
She is survived by her children Aaron Kephart and his wife Tina of Punxsutawney, PA, and Chandler Kephart (Billianna) of Brookville, PA, a step grandson Ryan Peace, a sister Judy Dixon of West Decatur, PA, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Janet Condon, and one brother Blair Condon, Jr.
Honoring Debbie’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or services.
Burial will take place in Bigler Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
