Daren Anthony Overbeck, age 32 of Luthersburg, PA died Monday, March 16, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family.
Born on October 8, 1993 in DuBois, PA, he was the son of Eugene M. and Lisa M. (Lockwood) Overbeck, Jr. His parents survive.
Daren loved to woodwork, sharing many of his treasures with his family and friends. He also loved music of all kinds and he loved to DJ. “DJ Pee Wee” rocked the house at many family events. Daren also had a passion for professional wrestling. He never missed an episode on television or a live event in our area. He also loved Camp Confidence and participated for many years. By far, it was Daren’s favorite week of the year.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers (Dustin Overbeck and his wife Jasmine of Luthersburg, PA, Derick Overbeck and his companion Bayle of DuBois, PA), a sister (Amanda Herrlich and her husband Christopher of DuBois, PA), maternal grandmother (Helen Lockwood of Luthersburg, PA), three nieces, two nephews, two uncles, and one aunt.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents (Eugene and Karen Overbeck, Sr.), his maternal grandfather (Edward Lockwood, Sr.) and three aunts.
There will be no public visitation.
A celebration of life service will be announced in the near future.
