Christopher N. Meholick, Age 65 of Reynoldsville, PA died Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Montefiore Hospital.
Born on December 22, 1960 in DuBois, PA, he was the son of Ronald E. and Katherine A. (Smith) Meholick. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives and lives in Sykesville.
On October 7, 1990, he married his wife of 35 years, Kira (Lukashevich) Meholick. She survives.
Chris was a 1979 graduate of DuBois Central Christian High School.
He retired as a well-known technician from Comcast after many years of service.
Chris was a Deacon of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in DuBois. He was a well-known and well-loved entertainer and musician in the DuBois Area. Chris especially loved being a band member in the Onion Station.
In addition to his wife and mother, Chris is survived by two children, Marina Meholick of Reynoldsville, PA, and Nicholas Meholick and his wife Sierra of Indiana, PA; siblings, Fr. Mark Meholick, John Meholick, and Catherine Stewart and her husband Thomas, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and God children, whom he loved very much.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. from St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, 301 South State Street in DuBois. A Panikhida will be prayed on Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. to conclude the visitation.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 10 a.m. from St. Nicholas with numerous clergy of the Pittsburgh Arch Diocese officiating.
Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Cemetery in Sykesville, PA.
