Catherine Elizabeth Clontz (née Oldfield), 74, of Brookville, PA, passed away on August 31, 2026, after a long illness.
Cathy enjoyed studying the Bible, gardening, canning vegetables, feeding the birds, and sharing 26 years of marriage with her loving husband, Bill.
She is survived by her husband, Harry William "Bill" Clontz; her children, Sandra F. Strader of NY, Joseph L. (Amy) Strader of WV, and Floyd Allen (Amanda) Strader of NC; her stepchildren, Josh (Jess) Clontz of PA, Darold (Amber) Clontz of PA, and Todd (Jennifer) Clontz of MD; several grandchildren and stepgrandchildren; her sister, Mary E. Strader of OH; her brother, Charles B. Oldfield of CO; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Frank Oldfield and Madeline Ruth Johnson (née Gongloff), and her siblings, Ruth Oldfield and Leonard "Lenny" Oldfield, all of OH.
The family extends special thanks to the wonderful staff at Highland View Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center and 365 Hospice for their compassionate care.
