Brian M. Ruane, age 57 of DuBois, PA died Sunday, May 31, 2026 at his home.
Born on July 27, 1968 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, he was the son of the late Charles M. Ruane and Helene Murphy Ruane. His mother survives.
On May 23. 2023 he married Dawn Wisor Ruane. She survives.
Brian had worked at Paris Healthcare and previous to that, had worked in the radio industry for many years. He was well-known for working at Sunny 106.5 in DuBois.
Brian loved music and playing his guitar. He also loved to get outdoors on his e-bike. Above all, he loved to take his grandson to the “cookie store”.
Along with his wife, Brian is survived by his stepdaughter Cassie Wisor and his step-grandson Wyatt Kyler, one niece Sydney Mendoza, two sisters; Meegan Emley and Charlene Eade, and one brother Brock Ruane.
As per Brian’s wishes, there will be no public visitation and a service will be held at the convenience of the family.
The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
